My research interests fall into three main areas:

British Modernism before, during, and immediately after the Great War - especially in relation to painting and sculpture.

Medieval, Renaissance and Ottoman Famagusta - and the recent efforts to protect the art and architecture of this historic walled city in Cyprus.
